I’ve been amassing lots of throws and blankets to use in my newborn photography sessions (lots of new props and hats, but that will be another post). In most of the newborn portrait images, the soft cushy surface that the baby is on continues up behind the baby to act as the background as well. I haven’t added many new images to the website recently but I thought it would be good to show you some of the options that I have that will make it easier for you to consider some of your options for your newborn photography session.
This is a selection of the neutral colors that I currently have. The grays are on the left and the warm toned browns are on the right (just in case your monitor’s color is off)
Then I have the cool toned colors.
And now for some of my warm toned colors. I have a few more new ones since I took this shot, but it will give you a starting point to see the variety of options available. (The ones not shown are a very pale pink, a soft medium pink and a browner orange blanket)
