My life is full of many layers. I am an entrepreneur, choreographer, dancer, wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Every day brings challenges that are both exhilarating and sometimes overwhelming. Every day I do to my best to find the balance. The journey post fifty prompts reflection on the choices I have made thus far in my life and the outcomes they procured. I take each moment as another evolution in my career from dancer to choreographer and director, to businesswoman and fitness assessor. This change, while mentally and emotionally monumental, has led me to find myself in a deeper, more powerful stance.
