I was thinking of all you new moms and dads while we were away on our recent spring break. We went to Smuggler’s Notch http://www.smuggs.com/ in Vermont for the last week in March for a bit of spring skiing. What a great place, perfect for families. A few different mountains for all different levels of skiing, great ski schools for all ages (they even seem to have a special day care and ski program for the little 3 year olds still in diapers) and a nursery and day care for babies as young as six weeks. The accomodations were fully equiped condos (actually ours was bigger than our NYC apartment), we were located across the parking lot from the lifts but some were hillside.
Loads of family friendly activities to do after a day on the slopes, not the sort that I remember pre kids but definitely lots of fun.
